Did Srila Prabhupada wanted his disciples to follow it to this extent ?
What about current ISKCON Gurus ?

Yes. Very good reply. (One side note: Even if gurus standard is higher than the requirement of sastra, his genuine followers should keep it regardless other guruss teaching the general standard of sastra.)
Do you have any guru on your mind who is teaching otherwise?

I have heard from disciples of Jayapataka Swami and Radhanath Swami that these gurus arent strict on this specific principle.user [170] · 2010-01-16
Prabhupada had only mentioned this as a strict regulation for grihasthas living in the temple. I never heard his saying it anyone who lives outside of the temple, nor is it ever been a standard among Gaudiya math devotees or any other devotees. Prabhupada introduced it (an innovation) at the time when he introduced grihasthas to monastic lifestyle. Nowadays there are hardly any grihasthas who wish or are expected to live in the temple. There are still some. That was the whole trick of SPs ISKCON that was so effective.
