Gaura Nitai Dieties in the house of a meat eater

Someone asked me this question :
Hare Krishna Prabhji, Nityananda Chandra Prabhu you have posted in the
"Deity Worship in the Home" forum. That "Srila Prabhupada states that Gaura
Nitai can even be in the home of a meat eater an not take any offenses." I
would like to know whether this is the exact quote of Srila Prabhupada or
somewhat similar quote. Would appreciate if you could let me know in which
book I can find this quote. Thank you and Haribol. Your servant, Giri
Gopala dasa, Malaysia
I have heard this so many times from Srila Prabhupadas disciples but could not find a reference. Do any of you know the reference?

Hare Krishna Nityananda Chandra Prabhu,I found this reference from a Prabhupada letter that may be the source of the quote:
"It is very good idea that you have to be more attached to the Deities above marriage. But it is not good to live at home because that is where meat is eaten. That will be offensive, so how can you worship the Deity under such circumstances? If your whole family become devotees, then that is another thing. I think that you can move from the Lord Jagannath Deities to the Gaura-Nitai Deities if that is your desire. That will be best."

Srila Prabhupadas sister continued her worship of Radha Krishna in such a situation.user [248] · 2010-04-22
Hare Krishna this is the email reply that I received from His Holiness Bir Krishna Goswami"I have not heard this statement although Srila Prabhupada wanted Gaura Nitai deities distributed to everyone on sankirtana!"

It was before his times. The idea was rather shortlived, but locals do it traditionally in Bengal, specifically in front of Mayapur temple for years.
