Jagannatha Dasa Babaji first instructed Bhaktivinoda Thakura in the chanting of the mantra sri krsna caitanya prabhu nityananda sri advaita gadadhara srivasadi gaura bhakta vrnda.

ok, but is there any sastra from which it was taken?

I found the earliest record in Jaiva Dharma, ch.11. CC 1.17.333 comes closest to Pancatattva mantra.

Since when confidential mantras would be published? Only by a mercy of an acharya it becomes spread out. There is one similar however in Bhakti-ratnakara.

Well, where does it say that the panca-tattva mantra is a confidential mantra and should not be printed?

I just want to know the gaudiya/vedic sastra from which the mantra is taken.

ccd: If itd be confidential then it wouldnt be in our books. And nowadays one can find practically all confidential mantras online.
