I found the earliest record in Jaiva Dharma, ch.11. CC 1.17.333 comes closest to Pancatattva mantra.user [154] · 2010-05-22
Since when confidential mantras would be published? Only by a mercy of an acharya it becomes spread out. There is one similar however in Bhakti-ratnakara.user [483] · 2010-05-22
