Thats depends on how quickly you want to advance spiritually. You can even eat meat or kill people, and still do some advancement if you cant the holy names. The question is that these activities will limit your advancement, just like a car running with the handbrake on.On the other hand, if you are still not chanting, then forget about that and just go to the nearest temple to get some prasadam... :-)

Get married to a nice lady and have some kids.It will make it less likely that you will have enough time to masturbate as much as you do now.in other words,you will cut back a lot coz there will be less time for such indulgences.
