If your Vedabase crashing in Windows 7?

Win 7 seems to have released some updated, that when installed would not allow the Vedabase (2003) to start. The FolioViews just would not start. A restore to an older version worked on one laptop. Any fixes or ideas (besides switching to mac).

It will not work in a compatibility mode. (Yes it works on my XP laptop that I start using a bit more now.. very annoying, because some software is on the other / Win7 computer) -- probably will do restore and see if it works.user [38] · 2010-09-24
Yes, I tried comp. mode with no success too. I meant some emulators. Personally I run it on an external HD with XP installed.
