Too vague to comment on. What do you mean by majic, which yatra/s do you speak about...?

I think is as a simple person getting to in that I love when I come to realize that things are what they are here,. The mystical spirit it attracted me to do part of the movement and it sprung too to expansion without losing that very same purity it still remain for the sincere associates untouched.

Yes it has lost Srila Prabhupadas magic, it all happened shortly after he departed from this realm and the infamous/bogus 11 took over with great zeal for power and they couldnt wait to call themselves "Their devine graces" Well time reveals all, and there was nothing devine about any of them, infact many were quite demoniac. I have no doubt they had a choice and Srila Prabhupada gave them the opportunity to serve Krishna but instead they chose to serve their senses, but what is worse than a Karmi serving his senses in the material world? A fraud a pretender, someone who dresses in the Gaudiya Vaisnava garb and pretends to be a saintly personality while underneath there is steaming cesspit of vulgar desires. These people really got off on accumulating desciples, for them the ultimate was having people bow down to them, but they did not humbly pass that devotion onto Krishna (there was nothing humble about them) they saw it as recognition of their saintly positions. Puffed up to the nth degree, thats why most of them imploded under the pressure of their own sinful activities.

Some of the leaders you see in power today in Iskcon are the lieutenants of the infamous 11 that managed to dodge all the bullets (yet fully supported all the bogus activities including homosexual/pedophile activities, the systematic rape and abuse of Iskcon children and in some cases murder and attempted murder, of which there is much documented evidence) They now publish their books, accumulate disciples and mimic Srila Prabupada while all getting fat and famous on the strength of Srila Prabhupada, as they change the last remaining meaningful memory and legacy of Srila Prabhuapa...his books!

As the Srimad Bhagavatam states in the Kali Yuga what appears to be up is down and what appears to be down is up.

Iskcon today is but a shadow, a facade of the organisation that Srila Prabhupada established. Its a sad day to see that what was once a devine spiritual organisation become what you see today.

Yes dwaips the magic walked out the back door in 1977. Although from an external point of view most spiritual organisations die after the founder passes away, so its not surprising and I guess in some ways it is to be expected.

When your words, thoughts and actions are all in harmony and unity only then can there be truth and honesty in your dealings, Srila Prabhupada gave us so much, but look at the mess that has been made of it all. It is probably Krishnas devine will, probably a test, everything was given, the test was failed and now it is all taken away. It happened not so long ago in a similar way. The teachings were lost and the Sahijiyas were the last remaining memory of Sriman Mahaphrabhu until Bhaktivinoda Thakur lifted the teachings out of the mud and restored Gaudiya Vaisnavism to its rightful place...oh my how history repeats itself.

Maybe in a hundred years or so Sri Krishna will send another representative to reinstate the teachings.

ISKCON is flourishing only in places where devotees follow Srila Prabhupada, please him and do things that ultimately please Krishna as he wanted. If someone is dissatisfied with a local ISKCON temple, I suggest travelling to the place where harinamas are regular, devotees study Srila Prabhupadas Bhagavad-Gita As It Is and where they have positive engagements that keep them in Krishna Consciousness.

Personally i jioned late seventies ,in my humble veiw iskcon has a far sweeter now than then,i literally lived on cold hard wooden floors,its quite nice to visit my local temple and know we will not get kicked out,by errant disturbed landlords.Funny but i personally thought iskcon actually boomed after Srila Prabhupada left.When his young guns...as many of us thought of ourselves, still carried his hopes and dreams within our hearts.The reality though presently is that iskcon has grown so much....... ,but has lost the family atmosphere we had,at least that is my opinion.However i agree with ccd in that in my yatra australia we have got some great leaders and some whom struggle to keep everyone fired up!However if you are strong in your sadhana you will learn to assimulate and incalcate his(Srila Prabhupadas) flavour merely from his books and his disciples if you are humble....fortunately many are still my freinds and are incredibly empowered to give us krishnas preaching mood and his pure devotees unique flavour to sustain iskcons intrinsic flavour.
