In Goloka Vrindavan lila goes on since Krsna never really leaves Vrindavan - after leaving to Mathura He again returns (Brihad Bhagavatamrta 2.6.348-362). This is His original Vrindavan
form while His Vasudeva form remains in Mathura.

I do not understand what happens, is this referring to Goloka Vrindavan or Bhuloka Vrindavan?

SB refers to Bhuloka Vrindavan lila.

What happened to their bodies here on earth? Are there samadhis for any of the gopis or some specific deity where Srimati Radharani merged into?

We must be very careful talking about Sri Radharani as she is the jewel of Sri Krishnas heart. None of us here are actually qualified to hear any of this let alone repeat or speak of these topics, to even think of Radharani in the wrong way will curse our spiritual lives and we will never be able to remember our Lordships Sri Radha & Krishna. So I will step out on a limb and I will edit my words carefully so that I only speak the utmost highest deepest respectful words of the real Queen of Vrndavan Srimati Radharani for her advent is tied to Sridama the great friend of Krishna.

Sridama quarrelled with Radha and She cursed him to become the demon Sankhacuda. Then Sridama cursed Radha: Go to a human womb in Vraja! Become a
girl of Vraja and walk on the earths surface! Afraid of Sridamas curse, She went to Sri Krsna and said: I will become a gopi! Sridama cursed Me! What will I do to prevent it! O breaker of fears please tell me.

How can I live without You? O Lord, without You every moment will become a hundred yugas. My heart bursts into flames when the blinking of My eyes separates Us. O Lord glorious as the autumn moon, using the cakora birds of My eyes I drink the nectar of Your face day and night. I declare that You are My heart, My self, My mind and My body. You are My eyes and My power to see. You are My life. You are My treasure. Awake of asleep, I always meditate on Your lotus feet. O Lord,
without serving You I cannot live for a moment.

To that gopa, who was Sri Krsnas dear friend named Sridama, goddess Radha, Her eyes now like red lotuses, angrily said: Go away! O servant of a rake, go away! I will see what kind of beautiful lover Your master has now! Hearing Radhas words, strong and fearless Sridama, holding a stick in his hand, did not allow Her to enter. Their lips trembling, the other gopis angrily pushed the servant Sridama. Hearing a great commotion from the people of Goloka and understanding that Radha was angry, Lord Hari disappeared. Hearing the word "Radha" and seeing Lord Hari disappear, Viraja became afraid. (Viraja was a gopi who looked just like Radha and had a billion gopi friends) By practice of mystic yoga she gave up her life. Her body at once became a river circling Goloka. That river was filled with jewels, very deep, eight hundred million miles wide, and ten times as long.

Well that is all you get, the disappeareance of Viraja who looks just like Radha, of Radha I will speak no more! For it is not your right to hear these subjects!

Yes, even for Lord Krishna its very difficult to find out, though some other societies who arent very conservative about the topic say that He was shot in the foot with an arrow of a hunter who mistook Him for a sleeping deer. No offense intended to Lila, I am merely repeating what Ive read.
