Probably the only place you can even get dieties is in India, maybe there is the odd person who makes them outside of India. There is a famous company in Kolkata that makes all types of dieties and clothing and ships them all over the world. I think they would be the cheapest way to go even with freight costs. I know someone who had 5 dieties made only a few months ago, complete with dresses, back drops etc and cost them approx 3-4K USD including freight. The costs vary depending on what the dieties are made from.
