Who can provide me with quotes, stories, links, etc in relationship to food and nutrition from the Vedic and particularly Vaisnava perspective please.

shouldnt this rather be "Kali-yuga Food Resources"? i dont think that people in vedic times had these problems with their food ...

Phani: Mebbe Kali Yuga, etc, can be a sub heading, it is one of the aspects people should have information on if they are interested in food from a Vedic perspective.

What do you think? I am making that up as I go.
