Is the Kali Yuga Golden Era coming or not?

Just watch MTV for 10 seconds and tell me if we are in the Golden era or not.
I am talking about the 10.000 years wonderful years of Kali Yuga.
Is this called like this because the holy name appears or is there going to be a BIG change.
Big means that the all nations of the world recognize Prabhupadas position, preach spiritual knowledge.
Am i dreaming?

Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu [pronounced Chaitanya] (February 27,1486 to 1534 A.D.) was born in Navadvipa, Bengal, on a full moon night during a lunar eclipse. It is typical for people to bathe in the Ganges during an eclipse and chant the Lord'92s holy names for spiritual purification. So, everyone in the area was chanting the holy names when He was born. His parents, Jagannatha Misra and Sachidevi, gave Him the name of Vishvambhara, meaning the support of the universe, because astrologers had predicted His super human qualities and that He would deliver the people of the world. When Bhaktivinode Thakur predicted that soon people from all nations will gather at Sridham Mayapura and chant the holy names did people think it was going to happen? When he said that soon a personality will come who will spread the teachings of Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu around the world did they think the same?I once heard that Srila Prabhupada said the demons are a little intelligent in Kali yuga, this was in relationship to people in Hollywood. Dont know if that is true but MTV is certainly demoniac 99.9% of the time. But it does have it moments, like when George Harrison left his body MTV played an interview they did of him the last time he was there. They played videos of Boy George and Eurythmics when Annie Lennox and Boy George were very popular, and both of those two visited temples and performed devotional service.
But they also have their Spring Break specials too. Whats interesting about that is I heard a prediction that Srila Prabhupada said within twenty-five years, or was it fifty, women will be going around naked in public but they still wont be able to get a husband. And the women who expose themselves on the beaches in Florida and elsewhere are doing it for the attention they get, but is it going to get them husbands? With role models like Paris Hilton and with watching Girls gone Wild commercials since they were little girls nowadays some girls dont think it is so bad going the extra distance and taking off parts of their clothes to make themselves more sexually attractive. But there are still nice girls out there who dont do that. That is what I didnt know would happen, not all the girls will necessarily be going naked in twenty five years, just the sleazy ones. Its also popular right now for girls to make videos and place them on line for their friends to watch that let the boys know just how lusty they are.
There is a Krishna Conscious alternative to MTV, and that is YOUTUBE. There are lots of Krishna Conscious videos just waiting to explore there.

I would like to know if there is sastric statement that the golden era is based on. as far as I know golden era is not original Prabhupadas expression, golden avatar okay, but golden era is an expression often used by new-age movements who do not even accept that there is kali-yuga at the moment. Any evidence on the origins of the golden era expression in ISKCON? I have heard and seen it from the early 70s materials, but who is the author? Visnujana?user [154] · 2007-09-04
I have checked it with vedabase-pramana. Prabhupada consistently never used words Golden Age or Golden era to present time. He always referred it to the Satya yuga. However as early as 1968 Madhuvisa had used it in a question to Prabhupada. It was widely used by devotees since 1970s. The reference and translation of Brahma vivarta purana that is interpreted as "Golden age" is a much more recent thing. The other interpretation of Locana dasa prophesy of sena-pati etc, is even more recent thing in ISKCON, that was not around in 1980s. MTV only shows horrors and sex just to make you feel secure:others are having it so bad! The Golden Era wont be for everyone..surely not for meat eaters/selfish businessmen/false gurus/rapists/gansters/weapon dealers/war makers..etc....their time is coming when they will be wiped out,while the servants of God will either escape[in vedic villages] or leave their bodies to go to spiritual world or reincarnate in a better place or planet.The worlds karma is super heavy...and its nearly time for maha clean up.....Chant..chant ...chant!
