When did you first meet the devotees?

I was at the time performing music with a friend in Cuba St. Mall, Wellington. The Harinama came past and a devotee by the name of Astasiddhi gave me a sweet and a book. Everytime I met the devotees I would ask for another book (in those days free) and collected all the small and medium books. Then one day I read Srila Prabhupadas biography (then called "Prabhupada") and decided that I would have to become a devotee full time.

when I was 15 on the harinama. a lot of memories, but took me years to come closer..
