Should Sunday feast menu be revised?

Due to headaches after feasts, I am doubt if the menu is the cause:
1. Oily puris.
2. Eternal koftas, with lots of oil.
3. Too sweet desserts,like rasgulas....
Things that would make some diet experts wonder!

Id argue that the feast should be opulent, like you mention. Its for the guests after all, isnt it? Then again, no one is forcing you to take dessert...

usually the sunday feast is dependent on what is availble at the temple, for instance if broccoli and eggplant is on special, then that may be part of the feast, usally larger temples have a similiar feast each week, opulent prasad may not be possible, unless there is a good donation for that particular sunday.user [19] · 2007-10-15
I dont like sunday feast prasadam AT ALL! it too heavy and difficult to digest.i always feel weak after it.
