but not by GBCs - it should be done by the second generation devotees and gurukulis, video recorded and publicly shown in all temples.

Such report forms already exist in some way,but is somehow unknown to worlds devotees.Such regular reports will show how different parts of the world are progressing,where are opportunities for those who wish to serve in other countries,what facilities exist there,what is lacking in some countries etc...
For example,where there are no cows protected in a specific country,where it would be easier to do it, there may be devotees who would like to go there and serve...
The same for FFL,that many donors are ready to finance expeditions to foreign countries,with devotees eager for adventures....For books,special efforts for countries where no books have been distributed,ie Iraq/Iran/Rwanda?

Regarding self-sufficiency for food/milk,well be able to see if any effort is being done to please the Founder Acarya for this issue!

This is only a rapid sketch of such report,which,with the help of modern computer facilities,can be elaborated rather easily,with photos and videos....
Anyone is welcome to improve it.

Such reports can be used for history of Iskcon for the next 9,500 yrs of Golden Age!

Srila Prabhupada allowed people who cant work with any authorities of temples to open their own temples..and be the President!
But they shouldnt use the name of iskcon.

The list is only a quick draft done in 5 mins!
If done properly and with more organization,it will be longer.
What scares me is that so many are using the name of Iskcon to collect money for their own bank account,with different understanding of the philosophy;Before,the christians/muslims have also done this,but at least they are clearly named as different churches:Roman catholics/protestants/orthodox...etc etc..after 2000 yrs of bloody fights!
In Iskcon,we are also starting to count bodies,but its a young Movement,born in 1966,and many sincere devotees would like it to be a much better institution than the ones mentionned.
The proposed census or report would give us an idea what is the situation at present,what were the aims of Srila Prabhupada,what can be done to rectify the situation in future[a 5-10 yr plan]and thus would be a world vision of Iskcon for those who wish to serve in other countries,by starting a centre/farm/temple.
Iskcon is the living body of Srila Prabhupada,with brahmanas as head, politicians as arms,vaisyas as belly,sudras as feet.If all cooperate to fulfill Srila Prabhupadas dream,the world will be definitely a better place.
But is some devotees,in ignorance,are joining cancerous parts of the body,that are destroying it,then it will die in a matter of years.
