Difference between Varistha gopis and asta-manjaris?

This is probably an easy answer but I thought it would be easy for me to post this question here rather than research it myself :)
Sigh...laziness - mode of ignorance - what to do? :)
Just to repeat the question....
What is the difference between the varistha gopis (i.e Lalita, vishaka, campakalata, citra, tungavidya etc) and the asta-manjaris ( Rupa manjari, rati manjari, lavanga manjari etc)? I mean to ask who they are and how do their roles differ in Krishna lila?

Age, service and attitude in relationship with radharani are the main differences. Manjaris are not age equal with radha, thus enjoy pleasure of service to her more and can be thus often more intimate. Why do you ask?

I was just asking for general knowledge :)Well Im not sure that exactly made it completely clear. Is there a hierarchy amongst the gopis? Seems like there is since we have the varistha gopis and then the vara gopis. I was just wondering where the asta manjaris come in that hierarchy....

There is a difference in relationship with Radha and Krishna, but there is no hierarchy as we know it in the material world. There is no better of less good relationship. Everyone is completely happy in the relationship they have with Radha and Krishna, and think that their relationship is the highest. There is also no hierarchical ladder that we can climb for "better and better" relationships. As we advance in the devotional process, we find that we get more and more attracted to a particular relationship with Radha and Krishna. When that happens, we should just go on, diving deeper and deeper into that relationship, without any concern of what is higher or lower, or if there is any better or higher relationship.
There is not.
