A coworker is trying to justify his case for eating of cow meat from this article:

This is a complex issue. It has to do with paradigms (Vedic devolutionist vs. Western evolutionist) and agendas (traditional/dharmic vs. modern/adharmic). Its similar to AIT (Aryan Invasion Theory). Here is something you may use:
