Is there an Iskcon devotee or anyone expert in Vedic economics?

Srila Prabhupada wishes to implement a very different economic system for the world based on putting the Lord in the centre, guidance by brahmins, cow protection.self-sufficiency,localisation instead of globalisation, barter system also possible, independence from oil and machines, more equitable society, using only the minimum required for living.
Such system requires a complete reform of the economic system, now based on excessive loans,over-consumption of goods made in Asia, paper money from the void,over-exploitation of Earths resources, provoked wars in order to sell weapons, etc...
I just wish to know if any special book has been written for this revolution...

A good place to start would be Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupadas purports in the 16th and 17th chapters of the first canto of Srimad Bhagavatam. Here he discusses the importance of real Gold coins for monetary transactions.

I have a devotee friend who is doing Spiritual Accounting for his Masters degree in Accounting, I think he plans to release something in the future along the lines of what you are saying.

According to my understanding, divine economics is centered on putting the Supreme Lord in the centre.Srila Prabhupada,by bringing Deities of Lord Krishna in the west, wished to make these Deities, centre of everything.Served by bona-fide sannyasis and brahmanas, who should be perfectly honest and wise, everything auspicious would be realised in society: political leaders would be chosen by the top spiritual leaders, and a king represents the Lord,in order to manage the country.
So, the questions would be:

How does such kings share the wealth of the land?
How many representatives-ministers - required for management?
What do they get as reward?
What are the divine business allowed in the country...and others prohibited?
What taxes are taken from the agricultural community, and how are such taxes used to please the Lord?
How much land is required for cow protection,as it is a most important divine business?
How to guarantee the purity of rivers/lakes...as the modern industries are killing sacred rivers,as well as the population.
What defense is allowed in order to protect the country from demonic invasions?
What weapons are allowed, according to sastras?
How to avoid deadly chemicals in agriculture,as well as deadly pesticides?
How to take care of orphans/widows?
What are the leisures allowed in vedic culture?
In brief, how to turn this planet into a heavenly planet!

Actually, when I visited Tirupati,I could see that there are still some remnants of such economics: all centred on Sri Venkateshvara: thousands of pilgrims queue up daily to have darsan, thousands of devotees are helping for cooking,guest-houses,gardening,doctors,forest-keeping,banking,jewelry making, transportation, public relations, advertising etc etc...
Unfortunately, due to too much oppulence, and probably dishonesty of brahmanas, the government had to take over the management....and spend the temple revenues in doubtful uses.

Many of these issues are dealt with in dharma sastras.
