Small towns with temples and jobs?

In the future, I would like to live in a small town that is near a Krsna Center. However, I need to find a small town that has a prison or nursing home or assisted living center so I can get a job as a nurse. Does anyone know if such a place exists? I cant live in the big cities because heavy traffic freaks me out. Any suggestions please?
