Always think of Krisna, never forget Him. If Christmas is celebrated in a a spiritual, not materialistic way, why not? Here in Prague devotees celebrate Hogmanay (end of year) as well in a KC way.(rename the file as .jpg)

the original cause of all santas!!!user [2] · 2007-12-29
Bhaktivinoda Thakur explains that one has to be fulfilled in various areas like social etc in order to make spiritual advancement (Veda I do not have the exact quote). So devotees we actually DO adapt those days in a Krishna conscious way, specially those living outside the temple.

I dont see any harm in remembering Christs apprearance in the world...Srila Prabhupada said many times that he was a pure devotee...as for presents and a xmas tree, that is another thing.user [229] · 2007-12-29
As Jesus is a pure devotee, his appearance day should be celebrated...in a vaisnava way: big feast, singing of his glories and pastimes, dancing etc....By inviting christians to such festival, they will be inspired to imitate, and stop serving turkey, whisky and wine and to meditate on real spiritual life!
More and more christians are adopting veg lifestyle as these sites show:

The devotees of the Supreme Lord, or the persons who are in Krsna consciousness, are called santas, and they are always in love with the Lord as it is described in the Brahma-samhita (5.38):premanjana-cchurita-bhakti-vilocanena santah sadaiva hrdayesu vilokayanti.
The santas, being always in a compact of love with the Supreme Personality of Godhead, Govinda (the giver of all pleasures), or Mukunda (the giver of liberation), or Krsna (the all-attractive person), cannot accept anything without first offering it to the Supreme Person. Therefore, such devotees always perform yajnas in different modes of devotional service, such as sravanam, kirtanam, smaranam, arcanam [SB 7.5.23], etc., and these performances of yajnas keep them always aloof from all kinds of contamination of sinful association in the material world.

> Veda I do not have the exact quoteNeither do I. Its not a quote I can remember and Bhaktivinodes work is too voluminous to find it without hints, at least for me.
