Entering a raffle could be considered gambling, I guess? Running a raffle, I doubt, though it doesnt positively engage the public.

The Raffle is probably gambling, because its based on either winning and losing according to probabilty which is based on number of participants to one...
The stock market is not gambling necesarily, more like an investment, just be careful not to invest in companies that promote slaughter ect. you may stand for karma...

if the stock market is gambling then so is running a business because the Risk factor is there, and lets be practical, it is the material world, lifes a gamble, we just need to choose the risk...
