I wrote to Dina Dayal prabhu to ask for an update on the 20th of March. No reply to date.

The time frame that Sesa prabhu gave me, visible at http://www.iskconconstitution.com/node/73, was:

October to March 2008 - revising the initial work based on comments received
March 2008 - Presentation to the GBC Body of revised initial work
Post March 2008 - Period of Public Comment, Revisions, Final product GBC Body for Final Approval.

So something should be available soon.

...I can hardly wait to see it,I will be interesting to see what the Constitution says about selling temples like the one in Costa Rica for milions of dollars without GBC approval or any comments from Iskcons Justice Minister Sesa das.
