So this predicts the Golden Era in Kali yuga?

Quite New Age-ish. No references given aside channelling.

There is no consensus what will happen in 2012, just like in case of y2k.

Regarding the Golden Era in Kali yuga, as per Brahmavaivarta Purana it refers to the first 10,000 years of Kali yuga: http://www.veda.harekrsna.cz/encyclopedia/kaliyuga.htm#1

This kind of gathering thing sounds very hippie to me but it is interesting nonetheless that it took place on Janmastami without their knowledge.

I personally cannot make any sense of the 2012 things.. Actually I should have given the link to the wikipedia article:

I thought it was part of the whole 2012 philosophy, but maybe it is just an offshoot. It is just quite outstanding that the date was Janmashtami. His goal is to change the calendar to be in time with cosmic synch or something.

as for cosmic dissolution.. lets make it clear that it happens in scheduled intervals as per divine calculations.. but we not only have information about A COSMIC DISSOLUTION... the scripture also mentions about numerous other cataclysms... some bigger and some small...
and not all predictions regarding disasters mean the one COSMIC DISSOLUTION mentioned above(please make note that such a thing happens at the end of brahmas day and at the end of his life.. at which time the whole mahat tattva..the material nature.. enters into the bodily pore of visnu as a golden egg).. but as far as the other small disasters are concerned.. not all of them result in complete distruction of the earth... but they will be considered so only because the loss incurred during their occurence shall be of huge magnitude.. one such example may be the tsunami.. it was a small size cataclsm.. though not the whole exitence.. a great magnitude o life has suffered..
so.. maybe the 2012 thing refers to such a thing.. not universal cataclysm..

krishna talked to arjun , about the life of kali age as 432,000 Years.

And Krishna Talked to ganga , about the begining of satya yuga in next 5000 Years.

Few Questions i have

1. Does this means that the time passed between the Krishnas teaching to arjuna & Ganga was approx 427000years ?

2. OR does this means that krishna lived for 427000 Years long in age of kali ?

Therere no specific predictions for Kali yuga in BG. These are in SB and other Puranas.
Krsna talked to Ganga before His departure, some 5100+ years ago at the beginning of Kali yuga. He lived on Earth 125 years.
