Please accept my blessings. It is great offense to change dress now that you have taken babaji dress you must continue. You are all so restless and take everything as farce. Now, take more rest and go on with your program of chanting and that will be good for you.

Please accept my blessings. I am in due receipt of your letter dated 1-3-76, and I have noted the contents with care.
Concerning your request for babaji initiation, when I come to Nairobi we can discuss it further. I gave babaji initiation to one other devotee but now he is off somewhere restless.

They should have continued the tradition in ISKCON. There are so many renunciates, who stay brahmacari in Vridavana for example, who should have been getting Babaji and the samadhi rites. IMHO.

Both sannyasa and babaji initiations should be reserved only for the very old and mature devotees. As Prabhupada points out: "You are all so restless and take everything as farce."

in this age where keeping vows and having a spiritual life up and down , babaji initiation is not best and practical.

We all know the theory. but in practice there ARE quite a few devotees who do not preach and still are very advanced to maintain decent level of sainthood, we just leave them in brahmacari asrama. Why would you say brahmacari is a practical solution?
