Mother Teresa

With due respects to Mother Teresa, there is no doubt about the saintliness of Mother Teresa. But during one of our discussions among devotees my one statement caused furore. It was "She was of course a great saint and has gone somewhere higher but not to the highest that is Goloka Vrindavana."
So my question is: Should we "judge" these saints(of course in the light of Teachings of Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu) by saying that they have not gone to the highest that is Goloka Vrindavana, or we in a humble mood should keep quite and praise their sainthood."
I am a small ant and not in a position of "judging" anyone but is it wrong to be clear in our philosophy and pass a statement like Ive mentioned above?

Arriving to Goloka is a scientific method. How could she has gone to the Goloka if she was not following or even worshipping any of the ragatmika devotees such as Sri Radha or mother Yasoda? There is no judgement on our part, but we must also note that she was very aggressively anti-vegetarian and insisted on feeding meat to all of her patients and dependents especially in India.
