Haribol!
I am new to the process and have a small query.
I heard from a (ua) source that any bonding is like prison.
Is Goloka the final destination of all living entities?
I would love to have a comprehensive answer from any merciful prabu.
Forgive me for an offensive question!

Hari Hari,what is ua?
Bonding to the Lord could be called a supremely sweet prison. Iow, our natural state.
Goloka is the destination of those who have eternal relationship with Krishna. Others have relationship with Rama and stay in Ayodhya, still others with Visnu and stay in Vaikuntha.
Your question is not offensive in any way.
