Is comment banning on Dandavat.com still an issue?

I havent posted anything on there for a while.
One reason that I ask is that Ive been playing around with greasemonkey, and its clear to me that with a greasemonkey script and a blogspot.com you could provide another view of Dandavats.com with all comments, unedited.
Im not sure if theres a need for it - but technically its possible.

Just have a 10 mins read and see for yourself. Only "pure devotional service" there. The modes, the problems, the progressive doubts and the independent thoughts are banned or conveniently painted over. It is too much to gobble even for word jugglers and revisionists. The perfect Hare Krishna la la land.

Are you serious? You can make a site that shows all the comments submitted to Dandavats? That would be awesome.user [154] · 2009-03-17
Sitapati Prabhu, I would appreciate if you leave a link to the script. I was intrigued by Pustakrsnas comments today: "What can I say'85the editiors won'92t publish what I have said on some of my writing for this topic. Srila Prabhupad said'85I am looking for one moon, because one moon'92s cooling rays surpass the light of all the stars combined...."Would love to see what he actually said. I am weary of manipulation of public opinion and screening that is used for it; so would like to see the way to see the uncensored version through the greasemonkey plugin. Thanks prabhu. ys

its an add-on for firefox. just google for greasemonkey scripts, and youll find lots of stuff.personally i dont like the idea so much, because not everyone uses firefox. for general browsing i use opera, per example. why not just use http://notdandavats.wordpress.com/, make that more public? how about including its feed into planetISKCON.com?

Id change the name from notdandavats to something else. Just by seeing the title it would look like an anti-vaishnava site.user [75] · 2009-03-22
yes, perhaps not-on-dandavats, or missed-on-dandavats?user [154] · 2009-03-22
[cite] phani:[/cite]its an add-on for firefox. just google for greasemonkey scripts, and youll find lots of stuff.
I have greasemonkey, but there are thousands of scripts out there. Which one? I personally do not see it as a separate website, I just want to read what pustakrsna said. I do not have a problem with moderation, but if a few devotees can see unpublished comments -- there is no harm in it.user [154] · 2010-05-11
Did not get to use the monkey. But it is really annoying when a reply which mainly quotes Prabhupada and clarifies a simple fact is being banned?.. wt
