Is there any fast recipe to cure headaches? Something that works on the same day.
Headaches are caused by weather changes like atmosphere pressure i think.
Tell me or I will just buy aspirins...

Ayurveda doesnt work fast, which is the downside, but it works naturally along with your body. I dont have my book with me, letting another person borrow it.Might as well take aspirin or whatever.

many times is caused by dehidration, the veins in the head swell and cause headache.It may sound stupid, but try 2 cups of plain water.

Take a large metal cooking spoon, pour 1 tsp of ground black pepper in it. Add water to make thin paste. Heat over open flame on stovetop till it bubbles. Let cool enough to touch. Spread on headache with fingers. i heard this came from Srila Prabhupada.user [418] · 2009-11-11

Just rub some peppermint oil into the side of your temples on your head or wherever the pain is and it does wonders !
