Running Vedabase on Parallels
Tech · asked by user [] · 2009-10-14 · 2 answers
Hare Krishna dear devotees,
I am using the latest version of Parallels on my Mac OS 10.5.8. I installed XP on my virtual machine then tried installing Vedabase on XP with no success. Everytime I start the installation XP crashes.
I read a comment from Mishra saying that he has no problem running parallels with Vedabase. Please could any kind soul enlighten me as to what I need to do.

Vedabase runned well when I had it. Now windows is gone for good from my system altogether, so I do not know if could be a problem with MacOSX software updates affecting the ability to run Vedabase.I am using a generic search on vedabase.net when I need to find something in Srila Prabhupada'b4s books like this: site: vedabase.net yoursearchwords
If you wanna try other things look at Crossover http://www.codeweavers.com, or try and install windows 7 in another virtual machine.
