What is wrong with accepting Sridhara swami as siksa guru?

Shortly before departing from this world our spiritual master, Srila A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada instructed his disciples, that if they had any questions regarding philosophy they should approach his Godbrother, Srila B.R. Sridhar Maharaja. "For philosophy you may go to my Godbrother, Sridhar Maharaja at Navadwip.) This has been amply documented in "Our Affectionate Guardians."

I think his not so recent departure from the planet may cause some troubles. I dont know if the Chaitanya Saraswat Math has a ritvik fringe group though.user [154] · 2009-11-23
Its a loaded question.user [366] · 2009-12-08
Why does it have to be loaded? Srila Prabhupada clearly stated that if we had any questions, we should go to him for guidance. Though he passed on, we should still be able to read his books without being harassed.user [265] · 2009-12-09
Both SP and Sridhara Maharaja are my siksa gurus. I strongly feel that SM very much represented the Bhagavata parampara of Srila Bhaktisiddhanta in our times. His instructions clarified many things I have learned in Iskcon, especially in the realm of guru-tattva and the origin of jiva. He was an absolutely indispensable influence in my devotional life. All glories to Srila B.R. Sridhara Maharaja!
